Position Summary JOB DESCRIPTION
Integration engineers require a substantial amount of specialized expertise, including power system studies, software and hardware engineering, interface protocols, and general problem solving skills. The problems to be solved have not been solved before, except in the broadest sense. Projects will include new and challenging problems with an input from a broad range of engineers where the system integration engineer "pulls it all together."
+ Develop settings for all layers of control including; protective relaying, communication processors, Human Machine Interface (HMI + Simulate power system conditions in a lab environment to test communications and automation functionality of integrated IEDs and software packages. + Serve as a technical resource for ERS Field Engineers during installation, commissioning and operation of the electric power system protection and automation systems. + Write complete, detailed reports using a computer and accurately process job billing.
+ Provide technical support to ERS sales engineers and customers + Maintain strong client relationships

The anticipated salary range for this role in the State of Colorado locality is between $115,000 to $143,750 per year (based on a 40-hour work week)]—salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO (Flexible or up to accrued number of days a year), holiday pay (9 days), and 401k.
