2nd Shift = 4:00 pm to 2:30 am (Mon - Thurs)
Training will occur on 1st shift (6 am to 4 pm) (Mon-Thurs)
As a CNC Mill/Lathe Operator you will be safely operating CNC Mill/Lathe equipment. You are required to meet all quality specifications and production rate on 2 or more machines. You will be inspecting parts, using a variety of measuring techniques, to support the conformance requirements.

- Operate the CNC mill and/or lathe equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Measure and monitor parts using appropriate instruments to meet all quality standards (conformance)
- Meet production rates (employee efficiency)
- Notify your supervisor immediately of any issues that prevent you from doing anything included in this job description.
- Recognize changes and ask questions accordingly
- Track time properly - punch in/out of work orders properly for accurate time tracking and part counts
- Support your team leader
- Cross train when provided the opportunity and perform any other task assigned
- Replaces worn tools, performs tooling offsets and may use statistical process control techniques
- Preferable, but not required: high school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding a manufacturing environment with an attention to detail

Strength – Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Due to the environment – the following are required: hearing protection, slip resistant shoes and eye protection. Work area is an oily environment.
