Cast Metals Technology specializes in Aluminum Castings & Precision Machining and is currently hiring for 1st Shift Positions at our Selma, Indiana Machine Shop (Under new management).

- Have experience in a Machine Shop? – Let’s Talk – we are always looking to add skilled people to our team.

- On the job Skilled Training will occur

- Operate CNC machines

- Make simple machine adjustments

- Read and interpret blueprint documents

- Read bench gauges

- Perform machine start-up

- Perform Part Inspection (in process)

- Perform Machine Tool Changes

- Perform quality assurance checks on completed product

- Perform Machine Shut-Down

- Assists in machine services (Coolant, Cleaning, etc.).

- Perform quality assurance checks on completed product

- Report to his or her supervisor, any hazard of which he or she is aware.

- Must adhere to all safety policies

- Ensures work area is clean by using good housekeeping practices

Profit Sharing Bonus - 2x per year
