CNC Machine Operator- 2nd Shift (M-TH 4:00 pm - 2:30 am)

Hours: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am M-TH, training will be on 1st shift though for 3-6 weeks 5:30 am - 4:00 pm

Starting Pay: $22 -$26 + $2 Shift differential

Summary/Objectives:

As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a crucial role in the operation of our state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task.

Essential Functions:

- Operate CNC machinery with precision and attention to detail.

- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.

- Load materials and set up machinery according to job specifications.

- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessary.

- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

- Provide accurate updates on work progress.

- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.

- Prioritize safety and maintain a clean work environment.

- Meet quality standards and delivery deadlines consistently.

- Foster a positive and supportive team atmosphere.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
