Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires precision, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
•
Operate laser cutting machines to fabricate parts according to specifications.
•
Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
•
Utilize hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments for precise measurements.
•
Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment and troubleshoot any operational issues.
•
Work with other machinery such as milling machines and lathes as required.
•
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience operating laser cutting machines or similar equipment is preferred.
•
Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, welding techniques, and fabrication processes is essential.
•
Experience in quality inspection practices to ensure product integrity.
•
Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
•
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
•
Willingness to learn programming aspects related to laser operation.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
