Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

•

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

•

Maintain floors through regular sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing.

•

Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to enhance the appearance of spaces.

•

Carry out commercial cleaning duties, including restrooms, offices, and common areas.

•

Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

•

Execute custodial duties that include trash removal, dusting, and surface cleaning.

•

Engage in industrial cleaning activities that may involve heavy-duty equipment and materials.

•

Act as a porter when necessary, ensuring that supplies are stocked and available for use.

•

Location services Wednesday and Friday.

•

3 hours per service.

•

6 hours per week.

Experience

•

Previous experience in cleaning roles such as custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.

•

Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.

•

Experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance will be considered a plus.

•

Ability to work independently while following established protocols for cleanliness and safety.

•

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
