Whatcom Janitorial is a progressively growing professional cleaning company that has served the Whatcom/Skagit County area for over 25 years. We are currently looking for self-motivated, dependable, and reliable candidates to join our team to achieve our company's mission of providing our clients with outstanding detailed cleaning and exceptional customer service.
We pride ourselves on our detailed cleaning, teamwork, and great leadership at Whatcom Janitorial. Our management works very hard every day to provide the support and training our team members need to properly complete their duties in the field.
A typical day on the job consists of picking up supplies, driving to your assigned accounts, and performing all tasks and duties (cleaning & restocking) assigned to each account while managing your time and routine. Some cleaners work in teams and others on their own, it is very important that our team members can work together, form a routine and problem-solve to provide the best possible service to our clients.
Shift: Evening Hours: 36+ Hours a Week Schedule: Friday - Tuesday Weekend times are semi-flexible. Weekdays start at 4:45 and end at 12/ 12:45am

Requirements
A clean driving record for some shifts requires the use of company vans.
Comfortable driving your own vehicle at times to and from customers
Driver License and car insurance
communication skills and the ability to work as a team
Organizational skills a must
Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
Reliability is a must!
Must attend the monthly safety meetings.
