Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to work Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM at a private school.

This is not a casual or temporary position—we are looking for a consistent and dependable team member who can commit to the schedule. Ideally, the candidate should not have a day job that could interfere with or make it challenging to attend this role.

Access to a reliable vehicle is recommended for commuting to the school.

Pay: $19.50/hour Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Location: Mississiauga

Key Responsibilities

- Deep Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces to high standards.

- Refill washroom supplies and empty waste/recycling bins.

- Follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols specific to school environments.

- Report maintenance issues or supply needs promptly.

- Maintain a professional appearance and respectful demeanor.

Qualifications

- Reliable transportation – must have access to a vehicle to commute.

- Consistent availability from 4 PM – 10 PM, Monday to Friday.

- Previous janitorial, cleaning, or handyman experience is an asset.

- Ability to work independently and follow structured routines.

- Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs).

- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
