Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hydrovac Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong mechanical aptitude. We are willing to train to operate our equipment if you already have your class 3.

Responsibilities

- Operate hydrovac/combo equipment to safely and efficiently to flush and clean pipes, excavate soil and debris

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment

- Work on projects involving trenchless pipe repair and rehabilitation, CCTV pipe inspections, septic system installation & maintenance (residential, commercial, industrial)

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Skills

-Must have minimum class 3 license with a safe driving record

-Must be physically able to perform job duties

- Must be a team player

-Some travel required, LOA provided

- Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently

- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

- Experience in hydro excavation, combo truck operation an asset

-Experience with underground utilities an asset
