Role

We are seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer with 3–10 years of experience to join our Beaumont, Texas office. This is a full-time, in-office position (non-remote) offering competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. The role includes design, analysis, and review of structural systems while collaborating with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

· Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, and foundation systems

· Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports

· Ensure compliance with codes and standards (IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE)

· Support project managers and cross-discipline teams

- Conduct site visits, inspections, and condition assessments

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis preferred); Master’s a plus

· 3–10 years of structural engineering experience

· Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain

· Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD.Pro, RISA, etc.)

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
