Civil Engineer PE Land Development

EKA Associates, P.A. is seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) (NJ License Required), with 5+ years of experience, to join our engineering department.

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable with civil design to support residential and commercial development projects throughout the State of New Jersey. He or she must be able to collaborate with others and conduct tasks independently in regards to standard engineering design. Excellent writing and verbal skills are a must.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Site design and drawings

-Preparation of full development plans including site layout, grading and drainage, soil erosion and sediment control and details

-Soil permeability testing and logging

-Participate in design meetings and team member coordination

-Utility coordination, stormwater management, NJDEP flood hazard area compliance, resolution compliance, cost estimates

-Stormwater design utilizing modeling software.

Qualifications

-New Jersey Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (Required)

-5+ years of Design Experience With Stormwater Management (Required)

-5+ years AutoCAD Experience

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
