We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure projects—think major earthworks, complex bridge builds, highway expansions, and all things heavy civil.
If you thrive in high-stakes environments, love solving problems with boots-on-the-ground urgency, and know how to keep timelines, budgets, and teams aligned like clockwork—this role was built for you.
Own the project from kickoff to closeout.
Lead all phases of civil construction projects, including highways, interchanges, bridges, and utility infrastructure.
Plan, execute, deliver.
Build schedules, track milestones, manage budgets, and forecast project needs—while juggling shifting priorities without dropping a beat.
Lead the crew.
Manage superintendents, foremen, and field staff. Foster a safety-first, solution-oriented culture on-site and off.
Keep the client in the loop.
Serve as the main point of contact for DOT officials, municipal stakeholders, and subcontractors. Communicate with clarity and confidence.
Control costs like a boss.
Monitor change orders, purchase orders, and subcontractor progress to ensure profitability and accountability.

Ensure the project meets all regulatory, environmental, and quality standards—and exceeds expectations.
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (PE preferred but not required)
5–10+ years managing heavy civil, DOT, or transportation infrastructure projects Deep understanding of construction plans, specifications, contracts, and field operationsExperience working with public agencies (DOTs, municipalities, utilities)
Proficiency in scheduling and project software (Primavera P6, HCSS, , or similar) Calm under pressure, sharp in meetings, firm but fair in the field
Experience with design-build or CM/GC delivery
Multi-state DOT experience (if Hwy/Bridge PM/PE role)
Familiarity with BIM, drones, and other modern construction tech
