DrillDocs, with its CleanSight® automated drilling cuttings characterization service, supports operators in understanding their wellbore’s stability and cleanliness in real-time. Utilizing a surface-based computer vision system on the rig's shale shaker, DrillDocs provides critical data about the size, shape, and quantity of returning rocks. Through edge computing, data is delivered to drilling team members via laptop, EDR, or smartphone for rapid operational adjustments to avoid costly downtime. The CleanSight service offers continuous monitoring, removing human error, and enables informed drilling decisions, reducing safety and environmental risks while improving drilling performance.
