· Travel Requirements: Day Trips and limited overnight travel
· This position is responsible for assisting with water treatment operations.
· The primary duties of this role are:
o to drive to locations and collect samples using proper procedures.
o To recommend treatment programs for the water collected
· Perform reviews of chemical programs. Preform chemical optimization analysis on ongoing and proposed operations.
· Troubleshoot treatment operations with alternative chemical suggestions using your knowledge
· Conduct field visits regularly to QAQC operations and installs.
· Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
· Provide chemical advisory oversight with willingness to travel to remote field locations as required.
· Provide operational logistics as it applies to your role
· Provide project improvement proposals, present to management and implement them.
· The role will be based in Midland, TX. And the successful candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to the Midland area. fly in-fly out will not be considered.
· Required- technical experience in a related field
· Knowledgeable of solutions to various water contaminants and how to use chemistry to remove those
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Working knowledge of upstream or midstream oil and gas operations
· Working Knowledge of SWD’s and water gathering system operations
· Working Knowledge of Automation systems pertinent to water treatment systems
· Experience with water treatment process and equipment such as DAFs, H2S treatment, filtration technologies and more
