You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of being an CEO Secretary. You enjoy tackling challenges and won’t leave any stone unturned to find the best solution for the situation at hand. Your excellent communication skills allow you to partner seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
o Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and activities.
o Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, letters, and official documents filing.
o Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and take meeting minutes
o Answer company phone calls and coordinate errands such as mail pickup and document delivery.
o Other duties based on business or Manager needs as required may arise.
o Check and manage the CEO’s company emails.
o Assist in drafting and replying to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
o Act as a bridge between the CEO, internal teams, and the QPO Factory.
o Coordinate communication across departments to facilitate smooth information flow.
o Arrange business trips, including flight and accommodation bookings.
o Prepare travel itineraries and support logistical needs before and during travel.
o Organize company meetings, events, seminars, and exhibitions.
o Greet and coordinate logistics for visitors and guests.
o Assist the CEO with personal matters, including scheduling health or personal appointments.
o Handle tasks delegated by the CEO, including social event arrangements, such as restaurant reservations for business or personal gatherings.
o Oversee the daily operations of the wine tasting room.
o Manage wine inventory, product selection, and service quality.
o Maintain a high-quality visitor experience within the tasting room.
o Manage customer orders and address any service issues.
o Support product delivery coordination and inventory monitoring.
o Report sales performance and customer feedback to supervisors.
Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, specific skills, and years of experience.
