Job Summary This position is responsible for the overall management and performance of a pug mill production facility, including safety, employees, repair & maintenance, output performance, raw material inventory, communication and coordination with other Cement Treated Materials (CTM) facilities, departments and staff. The position reports to the CTM Area Production Manager.Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Oversee the day-to-day operation of the facility

Education and/or Experience* High School diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)

Knowledge, Skills and abilities* Self-starter with desire to promote values and business principles in a team environment

Working ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, heat and noise from operating equipment. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; chemicals, risk of electrical shock high, precarious places and enclosed spaces and vibration.
