About This Job

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team, truck is a Western Star 4900 with 18 speed with a center mount logging trailer. You will need to have previous center mount experience. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

•

Safely operate trucks to transport goods to designated locations.

•

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.

•

Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.

•

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.

•

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

•

Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck.

Skills

•

Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).

•

Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations.

•

Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

•

Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local routes.

•

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

•

A commitment to safety practices and attention to detail.
