CDL A/B Driver

Overview

Island Recycling Inc., a well established company for over 40 years is seeking motivational, reliable and skilled CDL truck drivers for our busy location in Kapolei. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency while driving to designated locations. The Truck Driver will be responsible for ensuring that all loads are secured and transported in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.

- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.

- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.

- Ensure the truck is clean and well-maintained at all times

Experience

- One year experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).

- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to transportation and vehicle operation.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
