Job Overview

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while accurately processing transactions. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed

- Process transactions using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in cash handling

- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with attention to detail

- Provide product demonstrations and assist with technology sales when necessary

- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including merchandising displays

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering calls related to customer service

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred

- Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate cash handling

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining an efficient workflow

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
