Job Objective
Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the hospice agency to ensure the delivery of quality, comprehensive healthcare services to clients within federal, state, Joint Commission regulations and St. Camillus Campus guidelines.
FTE Salaried; Full time
Job Functions
1. Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work or related health care field.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
3. Knowledge of State and Federal Hospice Regulations and Joint Commission Regulations and reporting requirements
4. Supervisory experience, including hiring, termination, coaching, evaluating performance, disciplinary action and quality improvement preferred
5. Minimum of 3 years’ hospice experience preferred
6. Strong individual and group presentation skills.
7. Strong interpersonal communication skills, orally and in writing.
8. Previous budgeting experience helpful.
9. Previous experience using hospice clinical software & Microsoft Office, Excel applications
10. Ability to safely perform all the essential job functions without causing harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
11.Valid driver's license and current liability insurance coverage, as well as a driving record that complies with the St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy.
