Carpenter (Experienced & Entry-Level)

About us:

Welcome to Réal Hazen Construction—where we’re focused on building places people want to live. In our little nook of the Upper Valley, we build new homes, remodel existing ones, develop small apartment buildings, and tackle the occasional commercial project.

We’re growing fast and have work booked out to 2026. Today, we have 13 full time guys including the two owners who are active on our project sites daily. We are looking for a few more carpenters to bring onto the team full time.

Responsibilities:

As a general contractor, we take our projects from start to finish. On any given day, we might be:

Depending on your experience and skill level, you might be comfortable with some or all of these. Ideally, you have at least a few years of carpentry experience.
