- Able to follow directions and willing to make mistakes through the learning process

- Valid drivers license to be maintained and a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Outgoing and enjoys interacting with clients and helping others

- Handle high volume of information on projects and stay organized accordingly
- Able to effectively communicate with clients and transfer information with the team
- Use ladders and extension ladders as required
- Work on heights & roofs when required at various heights up to 45 feet
- Enjoys working with hands and manual labor
