Capital Project Manager (PMO - Gas Projects)

This position is based out of the Grand Rapids Wealthy Station and supports projects in the greater Michigan area.

Hybrid Role: Must be able to come on-site periodically and reside a commutable distance from the assigned work location.

Emergency Response: Yes – Must be available to perform a primary assignment in support of DTE’s emergency response to storms or other events that impact service to our customers.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing intermediate to large-sized capital Natural Gas construction projects. Based out of the Grand Rapids, Michigan, Wealthy Station, it supports projects in the greater Michigan area. The role involves applying formal project management methods to identify and coordinate project team activities. This includes defining the scope of work, scheduling, estimating, and engineering. Responsibilities also include managing costs, implementing change control procedures, and ensuring that project close-out and documentation processes are completed.
