Business Support Summer Students

Job Title: Business Support Summer Students ~ RQ 25-28 ~

We are searching for eager Business Support Summer Students. You will be part of the Office Services team and will assist the team with a variety of activities throughout your term. You will benefit from the industry knowledge gained by working in a corporate business environment. Part of your responsibilities will be to help in an innovative initiative to digitize records to enhance our operational efficiency.

These summer student positions are based out of Calgary. The positions are full-time for May - August 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

- Indexing/scanning for records management

- Provide relief reception duties, including receiving and directing incoming guests and phone calls

- Assist Business Support team in sending, receiving, and delivering of mail

- Respond to building/facilities related requests from TAQA North staff

- Replenish and do inventory on head office snack bar

Qualifications:

- You are enrolled in a post-secondary education program, completed first year of studies, and will be returning to school in Fall of 2026

- Your previous reception and/or administrative experience will be considered an asset

- Your prior experience in oil and gas will be considered an asset

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with others, ensuring prompt customer service

- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated desire to learn and develop skills

- Enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible to complete varied tasks
