Responsible for analyzing and making recommendations for changes to internal processes and/or standards/specifications in order to build more efficient and economical operations for Enbridge Gas Utah. Support in outlining business processes, analyzing practices, improving efficiency, and tracking progress. Apply process modeling tools, process improvement methodology, benchmarking, project management, and strategies to projects.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Experiences (Minimum Requirements)
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in a directly related field.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making, along with knowledge of when to get others involved.
- Proficient in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management. Strong customer service orientation.
Education Requirements
If a degree is preferred, then the degree or an equivalent combination of education and proven related experience may be considered instead of the preferred degree. If degree is required, then the equivalency is not accepted in lieu of the required degree.

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
