In this job, you’ll work with the team to lead functional and technical landscape solution design for one or more complex business process domains such as Finance, Capital Management – Time Management, Logistics, Supply Planning, Procurement, Asset Management, Work Management, etc.

NextGen ERP is a large complex multi-year program designed to transform the way the electric utility operates. This critical strategic program leverages the latest business transformation management methodologies and tools as well as advanced technology innovations such as AI/ML capabilities to enable an enterprise-wide future-focused business transformation. - Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives

- Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards

- Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for use in project monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness in order to track project/program costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review

- Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility or special requests, such as audits

- Coordinates research efforts on various topics to ensure timely information is gathered which can form the basis for decision making on organization priorities and needs

- Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts of department and/or Operating Unit

- Develop and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications in support of Business Operations analysis

- Develops and reports on key performance indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs

- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

- Five or more years of experience performing business operations analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience and knowledge of T&D Work Management functions in relation to the IPSEC model.

- Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in Transmission, Distribution, Generation and/or Sub Station business units.

- Experience in collaboration workshops

Additional Information

- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
