· Conduct business process analysis, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
· Develop functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for technology and operations teams.
· Assist in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
· Participate in project planning, testing, and implementation, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
· Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and clarify requirements.
· Support change management activities, including user training and documentation.
· Maintain a deep understanding of the product, its features, capabilities, and limitations.
· Stay up to date on product updates, new releases, and competitive products in the market.
· Create detailed product documentation supporting both internal and external teams.
· Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market gaps, and emerging industry trends.
· Analyze data on competitors, pricing, customer behavior, and industry movements to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
· Assist in developing product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies aligned with market opportunities.
· Collaborate with engineering, R&D, sales, and marketing to drive product success.
· Work with sales and customers to obtain feedback, identify pain points, feature requests, and areas for improvement.
· Track, analyze, and report on key product performance metrics and market performance indicators.
· Collaborate on promotional activities, product materials, and marketing strategies.
· Establish and maintain good customer relationships to support sales objectives.
· Manage recurring maintenance and updates for product materials for designated product lines.
· Provide updated medical marketing information to customers and collect feedback.
· Analyze and report marketing information to Sales & Marketing managers.
· Develop reporting and analysis to assist Product Management Managers in formulating recommendations.
· Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
· Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
· Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.
· Minimum 3 years of selling experience with strong sales record
· Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships requiring deep technical and functional expertise
· Manage internal & dealer communications – for launch, change points, technical specs.
· Excellent analysis, and problem-solving capability – detailed root cause analysis
· Proactive approach to identify trends and address challenges
· Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
