What We're Looking For:

Are you a natural networker with strong connections in the real estate, construction, new build and/or mortgage industry? Do you get excited about building relationships and growing new programs from the ground up?

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to build partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and contractors to introduce them to a mix of unique new programs that will help their customers get money back.

What you'll do:

•

Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, contractors, builders and industry professionals

•

Educate partners on our suite of rebate and refund programs

•

Onboard new partners and set them up in our system

•

Follow up to ensure leads are qualified and converted

•

Track and report on outreach, performance, and conversions

•

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective outreach strategies.

•

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

•

Provide excellent support and communication throughout the partner journey

What we're looking for:

•

2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate/mortgage industry

•

A self-starter with a “hunter” mindset

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•

Comfortable with remote work and CRM tools

•

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Base salary + Generous Commission

Top reps are earning $8,000 - $12,000 / month

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
