Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with property owners, plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and other key referral sources.

Compensation is flexible—we understand that top performers have different goals. Whether you prefer a higher base salary with standard commissions, a lower base with higher commissions, or are interested in equity or profit-sharing opportunities, we’re open to creating a package that works for you.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within our service areas.
Build and nurture relationships with referral partners (plumbers, insurance agents, real estate professionals, property managers, etc.).
Represent Restoration 1 at networking events, trade shows, and local business functions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach campaigns and follow up on leads.
Maintain a consistent schedule of in-person meetings and relationship-building activities.
Track business development activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
Provide weekly reports on sales activities and results.


Qualifications

Proven track record in sales, business development, or relationship management.
Experience in the restoration, construction, insurance, or real estate industries is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
