Your Project at a Glance
You will be assigned datasets (e.g., residential propane customers or asset location records) and will be responsible for cleaning, validating, and updating records that are currently incomplete or outdated. The work you do will have a direct impact on billing accuracy, routing efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
•Review assigned records and verify missing data fields (such as email, phone, addresses, tank size, or asset information).
•Use a call bot tool to reach out to customers as a first sweep.
•If needed, escalate to manual outreach (calls, emails), internal research, or team escalation.
•Input clean data directly into E3 (our ERP system).
•Keep accurate records of what was resolved, partially completed, or could not be reached.
