Position Specific Description

The Property Tax Analyst will be assigned a portfolio of straightforward to moderate projects for which full property tax services are performed. Property Tax Services include, but are not limited to, valuation analyses, annual compliance activities, assessment negotiations, confirmation of value accuracy, project-level forecasts, process improvement activities, bill review, and bill payment approvals.

Relationships must be established, fostered, and maintained with internal teams – Business Management, FCOE FPA, FCOE Fin Ops, PGD Site Leadership – and external customers – County/State assessors, Tax Collectors, local government officials.

Property Tax Leaders will include the Tax Analyst in process improvement initiatives and will guide participation as an opportunity to develop technical and procedural skills.

The Property Tax Analyst must be able to manipulate data using MS Excel and other valuation tools with some supervision and direction. Use of proficiency tools, such as advanced Excel, RPA, CrowdReason, PowerBI, PowerQuery, and Alteryx, is a benefit to candidates interested in this position. This role will require supervision and development for the more complex functions performed.

- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
