Davis H. Elliot Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Business Analyst to support our Operations Team in improving efficiency and identifying cost-saving opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

- Analyze regional financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Evaluate, interpret, and communicate findings regularly
- Maintain system processes and deliver monthly status reports
- Respond to inquiries from managers and executives professionally
- Act as a liaison between Operations and Corporate Finance/Accounting
- Prepare journal entries to reallocate costs across jobs or cost centers
- Assist Operations Admin team with reporting and various tasks
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Commitment to maintaining professional knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Spectrum, SAP)
