POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for truck loading and customer service while abiding by all MSHA safety regulations, Safe Feed Safe Food/Safe Quality Feed (SFSF/SQF), quality systems, and company policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

Customer Service* Greet and direct truck drivers upon exit of the scale house.

Safety* Ensure that truck drivers conduct business in a safe manner.

General Duties* Efficiently operate JWS, Transwide, and BOL interface with ability to add and void tickets
