As a BOP Operation Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IBNC-A Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Framatome’s Installed Base (IB) Business Unit is responsible for all types of services and maintenance activities for commercial nuclear operating plants. The IB NDE Solutions Business Group (IBN-A) manages specialty NDE inspections, steam generator services, chemistry & chemical application services, and Balance of Plant (BOP) repair services and sales activity for primarily the US nuclear market. Framatome supports a safety conscious work environment and nuclear safety culture by aggressively promoting the identification and correction of safety issues and fostering a conservative decision-making environment that drives nuclear and industrial safety. The Framatome Heat Exchanger Services Organization is seeking an Operations Supervisor in our Lynchburg, VA, Mill Ridge Road office to lead and grow the BOP Services team. The responsibilities will also include performing repair qualifications for utility conditions and material and lead maintenance crews on-site to implement repair contract scopes during nuclear plant outages. The candidate will work as part of the site crews that deploy on outages and perform technician work to gain experience in the Balance of Plant (BOP) heat exchanger field. Prior heat exchanger and leadership experience will accelerate the candidate's transition to a site crew lead. You work will include:

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $97,000 - $131,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
