We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accountant. The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with spreadsheets, Quickbooks, and a variety of accounting software.
Responsibilities:
•
Handle payroll, budget management, and cash flow analysis.
•
Maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, accounting ledgers, and financial records.
•
Prepare bills, invoices, spreadsheets, documents and bank deposits.
•
Resolve billing issues and facilitate payments of due invoices.
•
Apply for permits.
•
Inventory management.
•
Includes additional duties.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
