Boiler Operator/Property Maintenance Technician

Sprung Services is based in New Brighton, MN. We are hiring a person to perform property maintenance in Center City, MN and boiler operations throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area. Property maintenance will be done primarily in the Summer. The employee will work as a boiler operator primarily in the Fall, Winter and Spring. The boiler operations portion of the job will include low pressure boiler checks and preparing boilers for inspection. If the candidate has a high-pressure license, the job may include some high-pressure boiler operations.

The property requiring maintenance is a residential property on about 7 acres on South Center Lake. Tools for property maintenance will be provided. Typical tasks will include using a tractor (with a cab), mowing lawn with a large mower, swimming pool maintenance, carpentry and general handiwork.

Job requirements include property maintenance experience. Must be able to put tools away when finished with them. A 2nd Class, Grade C license or higher is required. A higher license is preferred. This is being proposed as a full-time job, but we would consider making this a part-time job if the successful candidate preferred that (if the person was semi-retired, etc.)
