Overview
Are you passionate about construction technology and 3D modeling? Our Salt Lake City branch is seeking two skilled BIM Modeler/Detailer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge tools and collaborate on high-profile commercial construction projects involving light gauge metal framing, drywall, lath and plaster/EIFS, and acoustic ceilings.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Develop accurate Revit models of light gauge framing for BIM coordination with trade partners
•
Ensure clash-free designs through collaboration and coordination across disciplines
•
Work with Project Managers and Architects to perform model reviews, quality checks, and design audits
•
Manage and maintain model data for integration and sharing across platforms
•
Serve as a key point of contact for BIM-related questions from the project team
Minimum Qualifications:
•
Proficiency in Revit
•
Basic working knowledge of Navisworks
•
Ability to interpret and navigate contract drawings, specifications, and technical details
•
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in:
•
Advanced Navisworks knowledge
•
Strucsoft MWF Pro Metal
•
SketchUp
Experience and Education:
•
Minimum 2 years of Revit experience gained through industry work, education, or internships
•
Background in Architecture, Construction Management, Drafting Technology, or a related field preferred
