BIM Coordinator

Under the direction of the BIM Manager, the BIM Coordinator supports the work of the preconstruction department by plan, design, and use of the most up-to-date BIM software.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong proficiency in visualizing the constructability of various projects.

Education and Experience:

1 to 3 years’ experience in BIM focused work.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

· Must be able to travel to various locations for company affairs.
