Billing and Accounting Intern

Pinnacle Petroleum has a new and exciting paid internship opportunity for you to join our team - we are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist Intern. This is an entry-level, paid internship, and we are considering both full-time and part-time applicants (20–25 hours per week).

You have proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), and ideally, some familiarity with Sage 100.

What’s the role?

As a key member of our accounting team, you’ll gain hands-on experience and be trusted with responsibilities such as:

- Daily processing of billing transactions

- Communicating and creating service solutions to resolve internal/external issues

- Maintaining professional and personable correspondence with customers and suppliers

Effective communication and exemplary customer service skills are essential for this role. You will receive extensive cross-training to develop your accounting knowledge and gain valuable insight into the fuel industry.

This role also offers hands on experience under the supervision of a licensed CPA, hours can be used towards CPA experience requirements.
