Job Description
Accuenergy is a Toronto-based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.
Responsibilities
•Develop and update instructions to standardize and optimize manufacturing processes.
•Provide technical support to resolve manufacturing issues and enhance overall operational efficiency.
•Analyze manufacturing processes, conduct IEPT analysis, and implement continuous improvement measures.
•New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for electronic components, including setting up production lines and creating instructions.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of process designs, changes, and improvements. (Top-Level-BOM, instruction, material list)
•Train, technical support, and QC checking of configuration work for different products and sales order.
•Support NIST test / instruction / review NIST report and train assembler for it.
•Maintain and update the equipment on the production line.
•Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
•Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
•Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.
