Basement and Crawlspace Waterproofing Laborer

B-Dry Waterproofing is looking for an experienced waterproofing laborer. The desired candidate would have prior waterproofing experience, but not required and the ability to be a team leader. Applicant must be able to be quickly trained to our high installation standards. Duties include: jackhammering, mixing concrete, carrying buckets, finishing concrete, installing wall sheeting, plumbing pumps, etc. The ideal candidate could be promoted to a Foreman position rather quickly after proved skills, training and team leadership.

Primarily residential jobs, some overnight travel required (typically 10% or less), with expenses paid.

Typical hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm.

Minimum age is 21, Applicant must have a valid driver's license, and we are a drug free employer.

Hourly compensation is negotiable based on experience. Benefits include 401k with company match, health insurance, paid sick/holiday/vacation.
