Job Overview
We're seeking a full-time B2B Lead Generator / Door Knocker to help grow our client base. This role involves canvassing local businesses and commercial properties to introduce our services, gather contact information, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is outgoing, goal-driven, and eager to learn the industry. There’s strong potential for career growth into sales, estimating, or project management roles.
Responsibilities
•Visit commercial sites, businesses, and properties in person to identify prospects.
•Engage with business owners, site managers, contractors, and decision-makers.
•Introduce Inline Security Fence services and gather lead information.
•Schedule follow-ups and consultations for the sales team.
•Maintain accurate records of contacts and outcomes.
•Collaborate with the sales team on lead follow-up and strategy.
Requirements
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging in door-to-door outreach.
•Self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
•Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
•Able to work on your feet and outdoors for extended periods.
•Prior experience in sales, canvassing, or construction is a plus, but not required.
•Willing to learn and grow within the industry.
