o Be a part of Finding, navigating, negotiating, and selling Design-Build construction, Construction Management, and General Contracting services.
o Ensure margin targets are achieved on projects.
o Work with the Business Development Team to win projects.
o Grow relationships with customers to create a network of past customers.
o Communicate with team members; provide information early and often.
o Assist Project Developers to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
o Assist PM & Superintendents in maintaining a safe workplace.
o ID safety concerns to design and construction early in projects
o Ensure team & client understand the project plan.
o Utilize, and maintain preconstruction schedules with input from design and construction.
o Actively engage in assigned Community Engagement activities.
o Be involved in chamber/non-profit boards and committees for leadership development, networking, and community service.
o Ensure information is given to team members in a timely manner.
o Ensure information is given to clients in a timely manner.
o Follow up with customers 30-60 days after completion of construction for walkthrough/feedback.
o Follow Bobbitt project process plan for each project.
o Utilize Procore Tools for all project information.
o Ensure the consistent flow of information to project team.
o Maintain project documents (Schedule, Project Execution Plan, Win Messaging Plan, etc.)
This position requires team collaboration and presence at in-person meetings and is best suited to a traditional work schedule. Occasional remote work is acceptable.
