Associate Product Manager

Accuenergy is an international based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of product requirements, documentation, and user stories to support product development.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to facilitate timely and successful product delivery.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback reviews to inform product decisions.

- Prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations based on extensive market research.

- Draft and maintain Product Requirement documents, user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Monitor product performance and provide data analysis, reporting, and insights to the product management team.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups in support of Agile product development practices.

- Support prioritization activities based on business value, technical feasibility and customer impact.

- Support quality assurance activities, including testing of new product features prior to release.

- Assist in the coordination of product launch activities and post-release evaluation.

- Support go-to market planning, coordinate with marketing and sales on launch readiness.

- Assist in post release evaluations to measure product success and capture lessons learned.

- Document feedback for incorporation into product backlog and roadmap.

- Raising concerns with Product Manager as they rise to alert any offtrack milestones.

- Other duties as assigned.

- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations

- Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.

- Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Strong Product and technical knowledge

- Excels at time management, ability to work independently and can efficiently multitask

- Experienced working in agile environments, with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proactive approach to identify trends and address challenges

- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
