Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager provides essential support to Senior Account Managers by assisting with client-focused projects, service delivery, and portfolio management tasks. In this role, they may work collaboratively on high-profile accounts or independently manage a smaller portfolio, depending on team needs and portfolio complexity.

Associate Account Managers act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, helping to ensure timely, accurate service aligned with client goals and expectations. They are detail-oriented, responsive, and client-focused—contributing to a positive client experience while growing their skills in account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Senior Account Managers with client projects, reporting, and administrative tasks across large or complex portfolios.

- Manage a small, independent portfolio of lower-complexity clients, providing day-to-day support and ensuring service needs are met.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.

- Support client communication through meeting prep, follow-ups, email correspondence, and documentation.

- Track client issues and requests, ensuring resolution and proper internal routing.

- Prepare reports, analyze data, and surface insights to help drive informed decision-making.

- Participate in client calls and meetings as appropriate, ensuring follow-through on action items.

- Develop a foundational understanding of Conservice solutions and client business needs.

- Experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related client-facing role.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across internal teams and with clients.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
