Assistant Superintendent (Multifamily)

GMA Construction Group is seeking a Assistant Superintendent with strong leadership skills and the technical knowledge to anticipate issues in the field before they occur. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a Superintendent building ground-up Multi-family apartments.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Assistant Superintendent helps supervise the construction of a specific project to complete on schedule, within the budget and to the quality of workmanship specified. Essential job duties include:f
