Your Role:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be the vital link between our clients and the successful completion of our projects. You’ll manage details that matter and solve problems that propel us forward.

What You'll Do:

- Material Mastery: Source, purchase, and track essential project materials.

- Document Dynamics: Handle submittals from creation to follow-up.

- Change Champion: Manage and track change orders efficiently.

- Collaborative Coordination: Join site meetings and connect with project teams via conference calls.

- Field Engagement: Visit job sites to oversee field conditions and interact with crews.

- Utility Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with local electric utilities.

- Project Pioneer: Assist with project closeout, ensuring all documentation and stock are perfect.

- Pre-bid Pro: Support pre-bid site walks and estimation processes.

Who You Are:

- Minimum 1 year project management experience with an electrical contractor.

- A communicator par excellence—clear, concise, and compelling.

- A professional presence coupled with a courteous demeanor.

- A tech-savvy individual with a knack for AutoCAD or Bluebeam.

- An organized individual who keeps their workspace clutter-free.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but your skills and experience stand out!
