Position Overview

As a member of our fulfillment team, you’ll help to provide clients the best experience, ensuring the successful construction of geothermal heating and cooling systems starting from the point of sale until the system has been successfully installed and commissioned and beyond. We want to ensure that our clients LOVE working with us and that we exceed their expectations whenever possible.

You will report to the VP of Fulfillment as part of the project fulfillment team to ensure that our project partners (consultants and subcontractors) complete their defined scope efficiently and effectively based on defined specifications and timelines. You will liaise with clients to confirm project timelines, obtain required documentation and update our tracking systems with the latest information for use by other departments, site staff and trades.

Reporting directly to the VP of Fulfillment or such other person(s) as Diverso Energy may designate from time to time.
