About the Role: Assistant Exterior Wash Pro
The Assistant Exterior Wash Pro will be part of the foundation of our field team and our efforts to create stability and reliability on which to grow from. This is not another brick in the wall position.
This Full Time (4-10s) position is a stepping stone to career growth within WindowWorks. We emphasize the word PRO because we are only hiring people who don't want to be an assistant for long. We want to see how far you can take this role.

As an Assistant Exterior Wash Pro, you will be one of the bright faces of WindowWorks to our awesome customers. You will be getting your hands dirty and performing excellent washing services, yes, but you will also be creating a remarkable experience for our customers by showing up with a warm and inviting smile and excellent communication. You pet the dogs and compliment them on their beautiful home. You make them feel safe. You are also the eyes on the ground, as most of our estimating is done online, you will be looking for potential upsells and issues you see on the property to present to the customer.
We strive to be a trusted source of information and recommendations for our customers who may not inherently understand how to care for their home’s exterior. They appreciate our bluntness and honesty and our soft sales approach when it comes to caring for their property. You will be the face of that experience.
This Full-time position will be responsible for:
What you will need to be successful in this role:
Based on abilities, Raise to $20-25/hr after 2 week assessment. You will be told what you need to accomplish before each raise.
Performance pay is implemented for you when you show that you are a productive member of the team. I.e, you are contributing more than you are costing with your efficiency.
It involves a monthly bonus (between $300-600) for showing up every day and being a good team member.
It also involves flat rate bonuses for exceeding your key performance indicator targets.
