We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset, Inventory & Fleet Coordinator to oversee company assets, manage fleet operations, and maintain inventory control. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in vendor management.
- Asset Management:
- Maintain accurate records of company assets across all departments.
- Track asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
- Fleet Management:
- Coordinate vehicle assignments, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and service history.
- Inventory Control:
- Manage tool and equipment inventory, ensuring availability and accountability.
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Vendor Relations:
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines.
- Reporting:
- Tracking in Excel and Company software
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking assets, fleet data, and inventory levels.
- Generate reports for internal use and management review.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in asset or fleet management, inventory control, or related field.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory or asset tracking software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Work is usually done indoors and sometimes (rarely) at a client facility or job site. The incumbent may be expected to travel to other work sites with prior notice.
